For kitchens with limited counter space, the Somerset CDR-100 is a single-pass countertop sheeter that handles dough up to 10" in diameter with a 1/4 HP motor. It is compact enough to fit in tight workspaces and powerful enough to sheet dough to a uniform thickness in seconds. The Somerset CDR-1100 steps up to an 11" two-stage roller with a choice of synthetic or metallic chrome-plated rollers.

For mid-volume operations, the Somerset CDR-300 sheets dough up to 15" wide at 500 to 600 pieces per hour with a 1/2 HP motor. The Somerset CDR-500 expands to 20" rollers and handles virtually every type of dough regardless of consistency, making it one of the most versatile models in the lineup. The CDR-1500 is a two-stage side-operated roller for kitchens that prefer a side-feed design.

For high-volume, demanding environments, the Somerset CDR-2000 is Somerset's most advanced front-operated compact dough roller with a 3/4 HP motor and all stainless steel construction. The CDR-2100 offers similar power in a different form factor, and the CDR-700 is the heaviest-duty option at 1 HP, built for extra tough doughs and the most demanding production schedules.
