Commercial Aluminum Fry Pans for Restaurant Kitchens

Aluminum is the default fry pan material on most commercial lines for a simple reason: it heats faster and more evenly than stainless at a fraction of the weight and cost. This collection brings together every aluminum fry pan Nishi Enterprise stocks from Winco and CAC China, in 7, 8, 10, 12 and 14 inch sizes, so a kitchen can outfit an egg station, a sauté line and a family-style pass from one page.

Natural, non-stick or induction

Natural-finish aluminum (Winco Gladiator and Majestic, CAC A1FP and A2FP) is the uncoated workhorse: it browns proteins, takes metal utensils, and goes under a salamander. Non-stick aluminum (Winco Quantum2 and Excalibur, CAC A3FP and A4FP) is for eggs, fish and anything that tears when it sticks. Induction-ready aluminum (Winco AFPI, CAC A5FP and A6FP) bonds a stainless plate to the base so the pan works on induction hobs without giving up aluminum's quick response.

With or without a handle sleeve

Most sizes come two ways: a bare riveted handle, or the same pan with a removable heat-resistant silicone sleeve. Sleeved pans spare the cook a side towel during service; bare-handle pans are the choice when the pan finishes in the oven.

Every pan here is NSF listed and sold by the each. For stainless and tri-ply options see the full commercial frying pans collection.
