Restaurant Ranges
Imperial gas ranges are the centerpiece of a commercial cooking line. We carry the IR-4 (24", 4 burner) for smaller kitchens, the IR-6-C (36", 6 burner with convection oven) for mid-size operations, and the IR-10 (60", 10 burner with dual ovens) for high-volume kitchens that need maximum cooking capacity. For kitchens that require electric, we carry the IR-6-E (36", electric) and IR-10-E (60", electric) with infinite heat controls and porcelain oven interiors. We also stock combination models like the IR-6-G24 that pair open burners with a built-in griddle section on a single 60-inch frame. For Indian restaurant kitchens, the 6 and 10 burner ranges handle the heavy daily workload of simultaneously cooking multiple curries, dal, rice, and sauces across several burners while baking or roasting in the ovens below.
Floor Model Fryers
Imperial gas floor fryers are built for high-volume deep frying with tube-fired cast iron burners for even heat distribution and snap-action thermostats for precise temperature control. We carry the IFS-40 (40 lb, 105,000 BTU), the IFS-50 (50 lb, 140,000 BTU), and the IFS-75 (75 lb, 175,000 BTU). Each model includes dual nickel-plated frying baskets and a wire mesh crumb screen. For Indian restaurants, these fryers handle samosas, pakoras, poori, bhatura, jalebi, and other fried items at the volume a busy kitchen demands.
Charbroilers and Griddles
Imperial countertop charbroilers with cast iron radiants and slanted top grates deliver even heat and clean grill marks for kebabs, tandoori chicken, grilled vegetables, and steaks. We carry the IRB-24 (24") and IRB-36 (36"). Imperial countertop gas griddles feature heavy-duty 1-inch thick polished steel plates for pancakes, eggs, burgers, parathas, and dosa. Available in 24, 36, 48, and 60 inch widths with independently controlled burners for zone cooking across the griddle surface.
Stock Pot Ranges
Imperial stock pot ranges provide a dedicated high-power burner station for large pots, stock pots, and Indian cookware like patilas and biryani deghs. The single and double burner models deliver concentrated heat output for boiling, simmering, and cooking at volume without tying up a burner on your main range.
