Restaurant Gas Ranges

American Range gas ranges are built around their powerful 32,000 BTU lift-off open burners with 12" x 12" cast iron top grates, delivering the kind of concentrated heat output that heavy cooking demands. The AR-6 (36", 6 burner, 1 oven) fits smaller kitchens while still delivering serious power. The AR-8 (48", 8 burner, 1 oven) adds more burner capacity for mid-volume operations. The AR-10 (60", 10 burner, 2 ovens) is the full-size workhorse for high-volume restaurant kitchens running multiple dishes simultaneously. Each oven features a 35,000 BTU steel burner, thermostat control from 250°F to 500°F, chrome racks, and a porcelain enamel interior for easy cleaning. For Indian restaurant kitchens that keep 6 to 10 burners running during service for curries, dal, rice, sauces, and tadka, the AR series delivers the power and reliability that daily high-heat cooking requires.

Charbroilers

American Range countertop charbroilers use heavy-duty ceramic infrared burners and removable radiants for even heat distribution and easy cleaning. Available in sizes from 24 inches up to the ARKB-72 (72", 12 individually controlled burners, 360,000 BTU) for kitchens that grill at high volume. Individually controlled burners let you run different heat zones across the grill for cooking kebabs, tikka, grilled chicken, and vegetables at different temperatures simultaneously.

Stock Pot Ranges and Hot Plates

American Range stock pot ranges feature heavy-duty cast iron 3-ring burners rated at 90,000 BTU each with dual control valves for the inner and outer rings, giving you both high-heat output for boiling and fine-tuned low heat for simmering. The ARSP-18 single burner and ARSP-18-2 double burner models are built for handling large patilas, biryani deghs, and stock pots without tying up burners on your main range. The ARHP-36-6 heavy-duty hot plate provides six burners on a compact countertop or equipment stand, giving you extra cooking stations when you need to expand your line without adding another full range.

Griddles and Fryers

American Range manual griddles and heavy-duty fryers round out the cooking line. Their griddles feature thick polished steel plates for even heat across the surface, and the AF75 heavy-duty fryer delivers the highest BTU rating in its class for superior oil recovery between batches, keeping fried food quality consistent during high-volume service.
