Yanco RM-3022BK Rome Melamine 22" x 18" Turkey Platter, 1-1/4" Deep, Black — Case of 6

The black twenty-two-by-eighteen oval platter is a display piece for a carving station or the base of a seafood tower. At this scale the dark finish does real work: a whole poached salmon, a suckling pig, a pile of shellfish on ice all gain definition against it where a white ground flattens them.

The 1-1/2 inch rise contains melt and juices. Rome has no larger piece, and the step down from here is the eighteen-inch rectangle, so this platter tends to be ordered for a specific service rather than stocked deep. Break-resistant melamine, dishwasher safe. Six ovals to the case.
