We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund or exchange, products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and free from damage. Please ensure items are securely packaged before sending them back.
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers will be charged a restocking fee of 15% for all returns (unless the return is due to our error).
Some items are non-returnable as stated on their product pages.
Special Order items and products shipped directly from the manufacturer are not always eligible for return. Any return requests for these items must be reviewed and authorized by our team.

Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and the reason for the return.
Once approved, we will provide a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
