Simply place a container beneath the feed chute to catch processed foods and you can get right to work. For versatility, use the batch bowl when you need smaller batches of ingredients.

Two Hoppers

The continuous feed attachment features two separate hoppers for different types of ingredients. For big, bulky items like cabbage or tomatoes, use the large kidney-shaped hopper. Use the cylindrical hopper for long or delicate vegetables like cucumbers, carrots, and mushrooms.

Stainless Steel Bowl

Swap out the continuous feed attachment for the 4.5 qt. brushed stainless steel cutter bowl to process up to 6.5 lbs. of ingredients per batch. The bowl features a handle and leak proof, see-through lid that enables you to securely process food while keeping an eye on the progress.

Powerful Motor

This machine's powerful 2 hp motor is operated by power buttons and a speed selector, and all food processing components may be disassembled for easy cleaning. The simple controls make it easy for anyone in your kitchen to prepare fresh, pureed ingredients for your customers' favorite dishes.

Discs Included

120V

The Robot Coupe R402 combination cutter requires a 120V electrical connection for operation. For additional protection, a magnetic safety system is built into the unit.
