- The American Range AR-6 Heavy Duty 36" Gas Range is a quality commercial cooking equipment equipped with six 32,000 BTU/hr lift-off cast iron open burners and one standard pull-off oven. This 36 range has stainless steel exterior body with heavy gauge welded frame construction for optimal stability and durability. The interior porcelain finish on oven allows for easy cleaning. It features 6 stainless steel landing ledge with deep front. This AGA and CGA design certified and NSF listed heavy duty restaurant equipment comes with 12 x 12 sectioned cast iron top grates, and 6 adjustable polished chrome legs with optional casters. It has an oven pilot, which is designed keeping in mind all safety measures. The oven features a steel burner rated at 35,000 BTU with 100% safety shut-off. It is an ideal choice for restaurants, parties or simply outdoor cooking.
