cambro-pt1600-polytread-round-non-skid-serving-tray-16-in
Cambro PT1600 Polytread Round Non-Skid Serving Tray, 16" — Case of 12

The Cambro PT1600 is a round Polytread serving tray measuring 16", an economical non-skid tray for carrying drinks and plates in casual dining rooms and bars. The grip surface is molded directly into the tray face rather than applied as a rubber mat or cork insert, so it cannot peel, curl or wash out, and the whole tray goes through a commercial dishwasher. It is lightweight for all-shift carrying, NSF listed and backed by a 1-year pro-rated warranty. Choose Black or Brown above. Sold by the case of 12.

Molded-In Non-Skid at a Casual-Dining Price

Polytread trays are molded in one piece from a lightweight plastic with a textured non-skid pattern formed into the service surface during molding. Because the grip is part of the tray, there is no separate cork or rubber liner to delaminate, trap moisture or go missing at the dish return, and the tray survives high-volume commercial dishwashing without the surface degrading. The line comes in two shapes: rectangular trays (PT1014, PT1216, PT1418) for food runs and bussing, and round trays (PT1100, PT1400, PT1600) for cocktail and beverage service. Stacking lugs on the underside keep stacked trays slightly apart so they drain and dry quickly.

For a bar or casual restaurant the return is fewer dropped glasses and spilled plates, which means less breakage, fewer comped meals and a safer floor for servers and guests. The light weight matters over a full shift of carrying loaded trays one-handed. Both Black and Brown finishes look appropriate in a dining room while hiding scuffs, and the price point makes it practical to stock enough trays for every server plus spares. Polytread trays are NSF listed, dishwasher safe and covered by a 1-year pro-rated warranty.

Why Operators Choose It

Molded-in non-skid surface: glasses and plates stay put without a cork or rubber liner

Less breakage: fewer dropped drinks and spilled meals on the way to the table

Lightweight: comfortable one-handed carrying over a full shift

Dishwasher safe: whole tray, grip surface included, runs through commercial machines

Stacking lugs: stacked trays drain and air-dry quickly

Economical: stock a tray for every server without a large outlay

NSF listed: with Cambro's 1-year pro-rated warranty

Ideal For

Bars, pubs and cocktail service

Casual and family dining restaurants

Pizzerias, cafés and quick-casual concepts

Banquet drink service and bussing

Specifications

Model

PT1600 (PT1600110 Black, PT1600167 Brown)

Series

Cambro Polytread Trays

Size / configuration

Round

Dimensions

16"

Case pack

12 (sold by the full case)

Case weight

12.9 lbs.

Material

Lightweight molded plastic with molded-in non-skid surface

Shape

Round

Certifications

NSF listed, commercial dishwasher safe

Warranty

1-year pro-rated

Colors

Black, Brown

Certifications

NSF, 1 Year

Warranty

1-year pro-rated

What's Included

One PT1600 Polytread non-skid tray

Related Items (sold separately)

Cambro tray stands and tray jacks

Cambro Camrack tray racks for dishwashing

Cambro Camtray fiberglass serving trays

Warranty

Cambro 1-year pro-rated warranty.
