cambro-6sfsp-camsquares-classic-poly-food-storage-container-6-qt
Cambro 6SFSP CamSquares Classic Poly Food Storage Container, 6 qt. — Case of 6

The Cambro 6SFSP is a 6 qt. CamSquares Classic Poly food storage container: a white, square-sided poly container with Winter Rose graduations molded into the wall, measuring 8 3/8" x 8 3/8" x 7 1/4" with its cover in place. The square footprint packs about a third more food into the same shelf space than round containers of equal capacity, and the opaque white body hides stains and shields contents from light in the walk-in. Sold by the case of 6. Covers are sold separately.

Square Poly Construction: More Food Per Shelf

CamSquares Classic containers are molded from Cambro's white Poly resin into a straight-sided square body with a flat rim that accepts Cambro's snap-on CamSquare covers. The material holds up from -40°F to 160°F (-40°C to 70°C), so the same container moves between freezer, walk-in and prep line, and it resists the acids, stains and odors that tomato sauce, citrus and brines leave behind in lesser plastics. Sizes run from 2 qt. to 22 qt.; the larger sizes have handles molded into the body for a secure two-handed carry, and those same handle pockets let the container drain and air-dry quickly when inverted after washing. Capacity graduations in quarts and liters are molded in (Cambro notes they are approximate) and are color-coded by size family.

In a working kitchen the payoff is shelf density and inventory speed. Square containers sit flush against each other with no wasted gaps, which Cambro rates at 33% better space usage than round containers, and the molded graduations mean a cook can read how much stock or prep is left without lifting the lid. Snapping on a CamSquare cover closes the container against drips and cross-contamination in the cooler, and the NSF listing and dishwasher-safe rating keep the containers in the standard warewashing rotation. Cambro also offers personalization on every size for operators who want to label containers by station or allergen.

Why Operators Choose It

Square footprint: fits 33% more food into the same shelf space than round containers of equal capacity

Wide temperature range: rated -40°F to 160°F for freezer, cooler and prep-line use

Stain, acid and odor resistant: sauces, citrus and brines do not discolor or linger in the poly body

Molded-in handles on larger sizes: secure two-hand carry and faster draining and drying after washing

Molded graduations: Winter Rose quart and liter markings for inventory at a glance

Snap-on cover ready: accepts Cambro CamSquare covers (sold separately) for a drip-resistant seal

NSF listed and dishwasher safe: runs through commercial warewashing with the rest of the smallwares

Ideal For

Walk-in and reach-in storage of prepped vegetables, proteins and sauces

Freezer storage of stocks, soups and portioned items

Dry storage of flour, sugar, rice and other bulk ingredients

Budget-conscious kitchens standardizing on one square container system

Specifications

Model

6SFSP

Series

Cambro CamSquares Classic – Poly

Capacity

6 qt.

Graduation Color

Winter Rose

Dimensions with Cover (L x W x H)

8 3/8" x 8 3/8" x 7 1/4"

Case pack

6 (sold by the full case)

Case weight

5.7 lbs.

Material

White poly (polyethylene) plastic

Temperature range

-40°F to 160°F (-40°C to 70°C)

Shape

Square, straight-sided

Certifications

NSF listed; dishwasher safe

Personalization

Available from Cambro on all sizes

Certifications

NSF

Warranty

Cambro limited warranty

What's Included

6SFSP CamSquares Classic Poly container(s), Sold by the case of 6.; cover sold separately

Related Items (sold separately)

Cambro CamSquare snap-on covers and seal covers (sold separately)

Cambro CamSquares Classic Translucent containers (SFSPP series) for see-through storage

Warranty

Cambro limited warranty.
