cambro-63clrcw-camwear-sixth-size-colander-food-pan-3-in-deep
Cambro 63CLRCW Camwear Sixth Size Colander Food Pan, 3" Deep — Case of 6

The Cambro 63CLRCW is a sixth size Camwear colander food pan (Sixth Size - GN 1/6), 3" deep, molded from clear, virtually unbreakable polycarbonate. It nests inside a Camwear food pan of the same size so rinse water, thaw drip and melted ice fall through to the pan below instead of pooling around the product. It is NSF listed, dishwasher safe and rated from -40°F to 210°F (-40°C to 99°C). Sold by the full case of 6.

Rinse, Drain and Store in One Pan

The colander pan is a perforated Camwear insert sized to standard GN food pan dimensions, so it drops into a matching Camwear pan and sits clear of the bottom. Camwear polycarbonate is stain, acid and odor resistant and withstands -40°F to 210°F, which means the same pan can go from the rinse sink to the walk-in, into a prep-table well or through a high-temperature dish machine without warping or clouding. It accepts Camwear flat covers, covers with handles and notched covers with handles, so the stack can be sealed for storage.

For the kitchen this cuts out a transfer step: produce is washed in the colander, left to drain, covered and stored in the same unit. Thawing proteins and seafood held on ice stay above their own liquid, which slows spoilage and keeps flavor cleaner, and the clear walls show at a glance what is inside and whether the pan below needs emptying. Fewer transfers also mean fewer opportunities for cross-contamination between prep containers.

Why Operators Choose It

Drains into the pan below: lifts produce, thawing meat and iced seafood out of standing liquid to reduce spoilage

One container, three jobs: rinse, drain and store without transferring product

Virtually unbreakable Camwear: polycarbonate resists cracking, stains, acids and odors

Wide temperature range: -40°F to 210°F (-40°C to 99°C); safe in high-heat commercial dishwashers

Crystal-clear walls: at-a-glance inventory of contents and drip level

Cover compatible: works with Camwear flat covers, covers with handles and notched covers with handles

NSF listed: with personalization available on all sizes

Ideal For

Washing and storing prepped produce and leafy greens

Defrosting meat and poultry in the walk-in

Holding seafood on ice at raw bars and prep stations

Prep tables and cold wells in restaurants, hotels and institutional kitchens

Specifications

Model

63CLRCW

Series

Cambro Camwear Colander Food Pans

Size / configuration

Sixth Size

Pan Size

Sixth Size - GN 1/6

Depth

3"

Case pack

6 (sold by the full case)

Case weight

2.25 lbs.

Material

Camwear polycarbonate, clear

Temperature range

-40°F to 210°F (-40°C to 99°C)

Compatibility

Nests in a Camwear food pan of the same size; accepts Camwear flat, handled and notched covers

Certifications

NSF listed; dishwasher safe

Certifications

NSF

Warranty

2-year pro-rated

What's Included

One 63CLRCW colander pan (food pan below sold separately)

Related Items (sold separately)

Camwear food pans in matching size (the colander drains into them)

Camwear flat covers, covers with handles and notched covers with handles

Warranty

Cambro 2-year pro-rated warranty against breakage.
