It is the pan for sandwich stations, salad bars and condiment rails.

22 gauge is the heaviest stainless steel in this line. The thicker wall shrugs off dents, resists warping through repeated heat cycles and dishwasher runs, and keeps its shape under a loaded steam table well, which is what makes a pan last for years on a busy line.

Anti-jam lugs on the rim hold nested pans slightly apart, so a stack lifts apart cleanly instead of wedging together. That means no prying at the dish pit, no bent rims and faster put-away. The 2-1/2" depth is the everyday workhorse: shallow enough to keep food within reach of the spoon and quick to heat through.

Features

1/6 size steam table pan (GN 1/6), 2-1/2" deep

22 gauge stainless steel, heavy-duty construction

Anti-jam rim lugs so nested pans separate easily

Fits standard steam tables, food warmers, cold wells, prep rails, chafers and pan racks

Oven, steamer, freezer and commercial dishwasher safe

NSF listed for commercial foodservice

Specifications

Model

STPS-22-2

Series

CAC China 22 gauge

Pan size

1/6 Size (GN 1/6)

Depth

2-1/2"

Overall dimensions

6-7/8" x 6-3/8" x 2-1/2"

Approx. capacity

1.6 qt

Material

22 gauge stainless steel

Style

Solid, anti-jam

Certification

NSF

Pairs With

Covers: SPCN-S (notched for a serving spoon) or SPCO-S (solid)

Other depths and sizes: the full CAC China 22 gauge series is listed in our Steam Table Pans collection

Specifications per CAC China data; capacities are approximate and subject to change by the manufacturer.
