It is the pan for buffets that pair a 2/3 pan with a 1/3 pan across one full-size well.

25 gauge is the lightest, most economical stainless steel in this line. The thinner wall makes the pan easy to lift and carry and inexpensive to replace, so it suits catering, buffets, cold holding, prep and storage, and operations that buy pans in volume.

Anti-jam lugs on the rim hold nested pans slightly apart, so a stack lifts apart cleanly instead of wedging together. That means no prying at the dish pit, no bent rims and faster put-away. The 6" depth is the deepest in the standard series, for soups, stews, chili, bulk vegetables and batch storage.

Features

2/3 size steam table pan (GN 2/3), 6" deep

25 gauge stainless steel, standard-weight construction

Anti-jam rim lugs so nested pans separate easily

Fits standard steam tables, food warmers, cold wells, prep rails, chafers and pan racks

Oven, steamer, freezer and commercial dishwasher safe

NSF listed for commercial foodservice

Specifications

Model

STP2T-25-6

Series

CAC China 25 gauge

Pan size

2/3 Size (GN 2/3)

Depth

6"

Overall dimensions

13-7/8" x 12-3/4" x 6"

Approx. capacity

13.5 qt

Material

25 gauge stainless steel

Style

Solid, anti-jam

Certification

NSF

Pairs With

Covers: SPCN-2T (notched for a serving spoon) or SPCO-2T (solid)

Other depths and sizes: the full CAC China 25 gauge series is listed in our Steam Table Pans collection

Specifications per CAC China data; capacities are approximate and subject to change by the manufacturer.
