What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund or exchange, products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and free from damage. Please ensure items are securely packaged before sending them back.
- You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers will be charged a restocking fee of 15% for all returns (unless the return is due to our error).
- Some items are non-returnable as stated on their product pages.
- Special Order items and products shipped directly from the manufacturer are not always eligible for return. Any return requests for these items must be reviewed and authorized by our team.
How can I initiate a return?

- Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and the reason for the return.
- Once approved, we will provide a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.
How long does a refund take?
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
Do you offer international shipping?
No, we only ship within the United States.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, ACH, Apple and Google pay.
How can I track my order?
After your order is shipped from our warehouse you will receive a tracking number from us in your inbox.

Do you only sell to Indian restaurants?
No. we serve any & all types of restaurants. While we proudly support many Indian restaurants, our products are designed for any commercial kitchen. Whether you run a diner, café, pizzeria, bakery, bar, or catering business, you’re welcome to shop with us and visit our warehouse. All customers are welcome at Nishi Enterprise.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities apply to select products and will always be displayed on the product page. For all other items, there is no minimum order quantity.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! At checkout, you will have the option to select your preferred shipping method. If you need your order faster, we offer Next Day Air and Two Day Air shipping, both available at an additional cost paid by the customer. Standard shipping rates and delivery estimates will also be displayed at checkout so you can choose the option that best fits your timeline.
Can I come see the products in person?
Absolutely! You are welcome to walk in and visit our warehouse at 4455 S Clinton Ave, South Plainfield, NJ 07080 to browse products in person before making a purchase. We love meeting our customers. Do you offer price matching?
Yes! For many items, especially larger equipment such as commercial refrigeration, ovens, prep tables, and similar equipment, we are happy to price match. If you received a lower quote from another dealer, reach out to us at sales@nishienterprise.com or give us a call at 732-790-0199 and we will do our best to match it.
Can I get a quote for a large order?

Can I place an order by phone or email instead of online?
Yes! We are more than happy to take your order over the phone or by email. Simply call us at 732-790-0199 or reach out to us at sales@nishienterprise.com and we will get everything set up for you. Once your order is confirmed, we will send a secure payment link directly to your email. Please note that we do not accept credit card numbers over the phone, as this is against our policy.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please call us immediately at 732-790-0199 or email us at sales@nishienterprise.com the moment you notice any damage. Make sure to take pictures of all damage before doing anything else so that we can inspect the situation and work on getting it resolved for you as quickly as possible. The more documentation you can provide, the faster we can help.
